Privacy policy.

Effective 25 July 2026 Last updated 25 July 2026 Applies to attayn.com

The short version

  • No tracking. No analytics, no advertising pixels, no cookies of our own — and loading a page here calls out to no one but our own host.
  • No accounts. There's nothing to sign up for here and no database of visitors behind this site.
  • No selling. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we never have.
  • Only what you send. If you email us, we have your email. That's essentially the whole story.

§ 01Who we are

Attayn Group is a media and interactive studio. We advise publishers, advertisers, and platforms, and we design and operate our own products. This policy is published by Attayn Group and describes how we handle information in connection with our website at attayn.com.

For anything in this policy, write to [email protected].

§ 02What this policy covers

This policy covers attayn.com — this website — and the business correspondence that starts here.

It does not cover the products our studio builds and operates. Literal, QDX One, CYM, Horoslay, and Cosmiquee are separate services with their own privacy policies, their own accounts, and their own data practices. If you use one of those, read its policy — not this one.

§ 03What we collect

Information you choose to send us

The contact form on this site does not transmit anything to a server we run. When you press send, your browser opens a pre-filled message in your own email application, and nothing leaves your device until you send that email. We only receive what you actually send — typically your name, company, email address, and whatever you wrote.

The same is true if you email [email protected] directly. We receive and keep that correspondence like any business would.

Information collected automatically

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like essentially every web host, Cloudflare's servers process basic technical request data in order to deliver the page and protect the site from attacks and abuse. That includes:

  • your IP address
  • your browser type, version, and operating system (the user-agent string)
  • the page you requested and the page that referred you, if any
  • the date and time of the request

We do not use this data to build a profile of you, and we do not connect it to your identity.

Fonts

The typefaces on this site are served from our own domain, not from a font CDN. Loading this page makes no request to Google Fonts or any other third-party font host, so no outside company receives your IP address in order to render our type.

What we don't collect

  • No accounts, passwords, or logins — there's nothing to sign up for here.
  • No payment or financial information. We take no payments through this site.
  • No location data beyond the rough, country-level inference any IP address implies.
  • No sensitive categories of personal information — health, biometrics, precise location, or anything similar.
  • No purchased data. We don't buy contact lists or enrich visitors against third-party data brokers.

§ 04Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics, and carries no advertising or social-media tracking pixels. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

The one exception is outside our control: Cloudflare's network security layer may set a strictly necessary cookie to tell human visitors apart from automated traffic and to mitigate attacks. It is used for security only — not for analytics, profiling, or advertising.

We honour Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals by default, in the sense that there is nothing here to turn off.

§ 05How we use it

We use what we have for a short list of things:

  • To reply to you. If you get in touch about a project, a partnership, or a question, we use your message and contact details to respond and to carry the conversation forward.
  • To run the engagement. If a conversation turns into work, we keep the correspondence needed to scope, deliver, and invoice that work.
  • To keep the site up and safe. Technical request data is used to deliver pages and to defend against abuse.
  • To meet legal and accounting obligations where they apply.

We do not use your information to advertise to you, and we do not send marketing email to people who merely visited this site. If you write to us, you get a reply — not a newsletter.

§ 06Who else sees it

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. Full stop. We also don't share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Exactly two service providers process data on our behalf, and only one of them is involved in serving this website:

  • Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery, and network security for attayn.com. This is the only third party involved in loading a page on this site.
  • Google — Google Workspace hosts our email, so correspondence you send us lives in our Workspace mailboxes. This applies only if you write to us; it has nothing to do with visiting the site.

Beyond that, we may disclose information if we are legally required to — a valid legal process, a law we must comply with, or where disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, our safety, or the security of the site. If a business is ever transferred, information may transfer with it, subject to this policy.

§ 07How long we keep it

Business correspondence is kept for as long as it is useful to the relationship, and after that for as long as we need it for legal, tax, or record-keeping reasons. Server and security logs are short-lived and handled on our host's standard retention schedule. If you'd like your correspondence deleted, ask us — see below.

§ 08Security

This site is served over HTTPS, sits behind Cloudflare's network protections, and stores no visitor data of its own — there is no database here to breach. Our email is protected by the security controls of Google Workspace, including multi-factor authentication on our accounts.

No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we won't pretend otherwise. Please don't send us confidential material, credentials, or sensitive personal information through an ordinary email; if we need to exchange something sensitive during an engagement, we'll agree on a secure channel first.

§ 09Your choices

Because we hold so little, your options are simple and we'll honour them regardless of where you live:

  • Ask what we have. Email us and we'll tell you what correspondence or contact details we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct it. If something is wrong or out of date, tell us and we'll fix it.
  • Ask us to delete it. We'll delete your correspondence and contact details unless we're legally required to keep a record.
  • Ask us to stop contacting you. Say the word and we will.

Write to [email protected]. We answer these ourselves, normally within a few business days, and we won't charge you or make you jump through hoops. We may need to confirm you are who you say you are before acting on a request about someone's data.

§ 10Children

This is a business-to-business site. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we'll delete it.

§ 11Our products & other sites

This site links out to our studio's products and to third-party sites. Once you follow a link, you're on someone else's property, under their privacy policy — including our own products, which each publish their own. We're not responsible for the practices of sites we don't operate, and this policy stops at the edge of attayn.com.

§ 12Changes

If we change how this site handles information — adding analytics, for instance, or a contact form that actually posts to a server — we'll update this policy and change the "last updated" date at the top. Material changes get a plain statement of what changed, not a silent rewrite.

§ 13Contact us

Privacy questions, requests, or complaints: [email protected]

Anything else: [email protected]

Attention is borrowed. So is your data — we'd rather hold as little of it as possible.
